Skin doesn't just age!

Skin doesn’t just age!
I am often surprised how well it survives the daily abuse it receives.

Q—How can I have fuller lips without having injections? An often asked question.

As women and men get older, it is normal for the lips to begin to lose their volume."

But many people are pre-maturely aging their lips by pulling their lips into their mouth, and hold them tightly while lifting something heavy, exercising, watching TV, thinking, etc. These facial expressions, (gyrations), preformed over and over, not only damage the delicate lip tissue but diminish the lips volume, which also causes wrinkles.

We have the power to stop this damaging habit and reclaim our luscious lips.

A—Use a mirror to catch yourself while doing an active where you think you might be pulling your lips in and pressing on them. You may need the help of a friend to tell you when you are making this expression. Then, before doing these active consciously think and physically push your lips out into a slight pout and hold them there while performing the active. To increase the volume exercise your lips with the pocket size face exerciser.

Diana wrote, “I was thrilled to watch my lips return to their fuller, smoother selves.”

“I could do the lip exercises while driving to work, it was nice not to have to take extra time out of my busy day to do, yet, one more task.”

Q—I need something to stop a pimple that I don’t have to go out and buy? Help!

A—Are we talking about being on a Desert Island or a fully stocked home? If on the Desert Island, apply Ocean Water. It is full of minerals and will help speed the healing.

If you are home, I hope you have some honey in the kitchen. Dab a small drop on and watch your pimple sweetly disappear. Honey is clear and can be worn during the day, at night apply a dab of toothpaste or baking soda and sleep the pimple off.

I always keep a box of baking soda in the bathroom cabinet. It is the cheapest beauty product you can buy. I brush my teeth, take a soaking bath, apply a paste of it tocalm a rash and I sometimes use it to dust my underarms. It’s great to check underarm odor. This is to name a few of its uses.

Change your face change your life!
